I don’t have a scathing essay or a witty hook today–just some hefty questions and curiosities. I wonder if you share them with me?
What do I love most?
How can I make a difference and contribute to the world around me?
Which emotions motivate me to action the most?
Am I a slave to emotion, or is “slave” the wrong word?
Which personal need do I want to fulfill most?
What does this propel me to do?
Is this leading to a better life?
What would “success” look like for me?
Don’t I sound like the perfect candidate for a self-help seminar?

1. I probably love "joy" the most…not just simply laughing or happy, but that deep lifting from within like when a kid first gets-up on waterskis and is smiling from ear-to-ear.
2. Honestly, I think I can most contribute to the world around me by genuinely sharing love, like Christ shared love. Sorry, if it's too churchy.
3. Injustice, Dishonesty, basically the anger that comes from seeing someone being cheated, abused, or taken advantage of.
4. Emotions are half of our being and concentrating too much or too little on them distorts TRUE reality.
5. I want to have a meaningful life
6. Keep trying, keep learning, keep striving, keep growing, keep going.
7. Like The Beatles said, "It's getting better every day."
8. I'm not sure what it would look like, but I've felt it at times and believe it would be living in that feeling of comfort while working like crazy.
9. This does sort of sound like a self-help seminar, but a little more fun and less cliche.

Am I a slave to emotion, or is “slave” the wrong word? Wrong word. I am aware of my emotions, but I am much more rational.
Which personal need do I want to fulfill most? To learn
What does this propel me to do? Blow a wad of money on another degree
Is this leading to a better life? I think so
What would “success” look like for me? Love, companionship, health, education and wealth
Don’t I sound like the perfect candidate for a self-help seminar? Does "I" mean "me"? Nah, not me… Do "you"? Only if you cut me in on some of the action….needy people dollars….
